Transit flights
How is my animal looked after in transit?
For transit flights, we display on your pet’s cage instructions relating to their care during transit. They will be given food and water (depending on the airline company and transit duration), if you would like them to. For this to be done, you will just need to give us a packet of food that we will attach to the top of their cage with sticky tape.
In this way, those responsible for their care in transit will be able to give your pet food and water.
For some destinations, a “comfort break” service allows for your pet to be taken out of its cage to enable them to “stretch their legs” before continuing on another flight, with airline companies such as UNITED AIRLINES or EMIRATES.
Take note that if you are taking the same flight as your pet, you won’t be allowed to visit them in transit
