VETERINARY PROTOCOL AND ADMINISTRATIVE STEPS ABOUT ANIMAL TRANSPORT TO KENYA
To ensure that your dogs, cats or other furry friends meet the requirements for importation into Kenya, they will need:
- An animal passport
- A microchip
- To be vaccinated against rabies (dating more than 30 days, but less than a year)
- An international certificate of good health (document issued separately from their passport, dated within the last three days)
- An import permit is to be applied for from the Embassy of Kenya in France. The original documents relating to your pets will be requested, and you will need to pay €50.00 per permit
Once all of these steps have been followed, your pet is finally ready to board their flight to Kenya, to make the most of the great savannah.
