Blood is to be drawn 30 days following the vaccination against rabies in order to carry out a rabies antibody titration. |

Once you receive the results of the rabies antibody titration, you’re finally able to apply for an import permit for your pet! This permit can be applied for from the Ministry of Agriculture in Jakarta.
Indonesian regulations impose a quarantine period of 7 to 14 days from the date of your pet’s arrival. You will therefore need to book them into one of the quarantine facilities in Jakarta before they leave France.
Just before the big departure, your vet will be able to provide you with a certificate of good health (within five days prior to your departure), which should be certified and stamped by the Departmental Directorate
for Public Protection (the “DDPP“) in your region.
A last visit to your vet will be required the day before you leave so that they can do an anti-parasite treatment on your pet, and then they’ll be ready to set off. Now you just have to board!
