Shipping of your animal as carry-on or checked baggage

The trip conditions of your pet are modified by his height, his weight and the destination country. Some countries accept the transportation of live pet as checked baggage only .

If your pet isn’t with you in the flight, he will be as checked baggage by default in a space (pressurized, tempered and enlightened) planned for live animals in the hold during the travel.

A cage approved by the IATA (International Air Transport Association) is required if your pet is shipped as checked baggage. The volume of the cage must let your pet to turn around, lie down and stand up for a better flight. If the cage is too small, your animal entry to the plane can be refused.
