How to retrieve your pet at your destination

To retrieve your pet, we will provide you with the Air Waybill (AWB) and your passport via email by the day of departure at the latest.

If your destination does not require quarantine, the customs procedures and the retrieval of your pet from the airline will be completed on the same day. All procedures will take place in the freight/cargo area of the airport. You will need to visit two different buildings (one for customs, another for retrieving your pet). There will be arrival fees payable to the airline, which cover the cost of moving your pet from the plane’s hold to the airline’s warehouses.

If your destination requires quarantine, the quarantine services will collect your pet directly from the plane and place it into quarantine. At the end of the quarantine period, you will need to go directly to the quarantine services to retrieve your pet.
