What are the steps for requesting the transport of live animals by air?

Step 1: I request a quote, providing my quote carefully and as precisely as possible online.

Step 2: ATA sends you the quotation based on the information provided, and/or a contact with you.

Step 4: We search for a flight date to book your pet’s trip.

Step 5: ATA sends you the invoice, for payment either by credit card or by transfer on our website. It is only after payment that your pet’s travel will be confirmed.

Step 6: Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm the date of the flight, the time and the place where you will have to drop off your animal.
