If you have chosen the option that includes boarding of your pet, dogs will be placed in one of the kennels, cats in one of the catteries with whom we work in partnership (or another establishment, depending on the species of your pet). We have specially selected these boarding establishments. Your pet will be taken out of its enclosure at the end of day, and there will be a place booked for them where they will spend the night.
They will also be walked three times a day (for dogs).
While we're handling your pet, we will take photographs of them, to send to you in good time. If your pet will be staying with us for a long period of time (in the case of some "premium" packages), we will ensure we send you, several times during their boarding stay with us, news about them (usually at least once per week).
