How We Relocate Your Pet Step-by-Step
Our step-by-step process ensures a smooth and stress-free journey for both you and your companion.
Step 1: Initial Assessment & Quotation
We assess your pet’s profile, destination, and travel dates. Based on this information, the airline regulations and import requirements, we provide you with a tailored quotation.
Step 2: Travel Planning
We select the most suitable airline and routing for your pet, taking into account regulatory constraints and your pet’s comfort. Our team also guides you through all required documentation and veterinary procedures.
Step 3: Confirmation of Transport
To secure the booking, you will need to return the signed quotation along with all required travel documents for your pet, at least 15 days prior to departure. Upon receipt, finalize the booking and provide you with all practical travel details.
Step 4: Departure
On departure day, your pet is collected according to the service selected: drop-off at one of our facilities (ECO package) or home pick-up (other packages). We oversee the check-in process and hand our pet over to the airline.
Step 5: Tracking & Arrival
We monitor your pet’s journey and keep you informed every step of the way. Upon arrival, we coordinate customs clearance as well as final handover or delivery to your destination address, ensuring a safe arrival.

You just drop your pet off at one of our agencies along with all the necessary documents, and you pick them up at the customs international airport that is closest to your destination.

The EASY Package includes all the services from our ECO Package and additionally provides ground transport from your home to the departure airport.

EASY+ Package: Door-to-Door Pet Transport with Essential Assistance
Designed for your peace of mind, the EASY+ Package offers door-to-door pet transport with comprehensive assistance from our team. A pet taxi picks up your pet from your home, a hotel, etc., and delivers them to a drop-off address of your choice.

Our Premium Package allows you to customize every aspect of your pet’s relocation abroad and add any additional services you may need (assistance with vaccination protocols, import permits, quarantine booking, veterinary inspection…). You decide the level of assistance; we handle the rest.
